The Hilltop Inn exuded the ambiance of a small English Cottage with the convenience of the city.

The room was spacious and the view of the Denver lights at night was very cool.
Had to wait quite a while before I found someone to check us in.
The hotel was on the edge of town so it was very quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated and the fireplace was nice.

Overall I was incredibly dissatisfied with this hotel and cannot pick anything positive out of our experience.
The quality of the rooms and common areas were terrible. Bad customer service as well.

The staff was very helpful and very accommodating.
We had been assigned a second floor room. When they saw my husband on crutches they moved us to a deluxe 1st floor room. They served breakfast at no additional cost.
